In Richmond Secondary Schools
- Membership dues fund five scholarships annually to graduating women from Richmond secondary schools
- Club members present the scholarships to the recipients at their graduation ceremonies
- Recipients are selected by their schools based on marks, community service, and need.
- The scholarships are rotated among the secondary schools to ensure all graduating students have access.
Kwantlen Polytechnic University
- CFUW Richmond has funded a $40,000 endowment with Kwantlen Polytechnic University Foundation.
- The interest earned on the endowment is awarded annually by the KPU Foundation as a scholarship to women who have graduated from a Richmond secondary school.
- Economic need is a factor in awarding the scholarship.
Nationally
- Each year CFUW Clubs across Canada award $1 million in scholarships to women.
- Through the CFUW Charitable Trust, we fund post-graduate programs for deserving women.
